“I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. Whether you're facing anxiety, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.”
I’m a Pennsylvania-based therapist with 5 years of experience in helping fields and a passion for client-centered, compassionate care. I hold a BA in Sociology and Anthropology, an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I’m a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
My journey into mental health care began with direct service roles—first as a case manager in school and community settings, then as a high school teacher. Those experiences deepened my understanding of the challenges people face and reinforced my calling to provide one-on-one support. Since earning my graduate degree in 2024, I’ve worked in university, group practice, and community mental health settings.
Today, I offer therapy through private practice and secure telehealth across Pennsylvania. I’m here to meet you where you are—offering a space to process, grow, and heal at your own pace.
